Only the actual postage cost we charge, depend on the weight of the coins in the package if not mentioned otherwise the coins are being sent by priority, do you want it sent registered just indicate it in the total overview
When in the definition of the item you have purchased stands: registered sent, then the rest of your purchase is free of extra cost (it will be sent all together in a registered letter, no extra cost) and you become a trace and track number, so that you can follow your purchase, if you want coins described as being sent registered will not sent by priority

the Netherlands must be sent in a Sealbag®, which can be
purchased (including VAT) at a TNT Post outlet. A
Sealbag® must always be used for International Letters

Right of Withdrawal Disclosure

Consumers (any natural person who conducts a legal transaction which may not be attributed to any of his or her commercial or independent professional activities) are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

Effects of Withdrawal

Goods that are suitable for dispatch by mailing service are to be sent back. Any goods that are unsuitable for dispatch will be collected at your address. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. Liability for Defects

Should the articles delivered prove to have obvious defects, whereby this also includes shipping damage, you are obliged to file a claim for such defects without delay. If you are a consumer, the failure to give notice of defect, however, shall not have any consequences on your legal rights.

There may exist multiple copies of individual pieces. Not all pieces can be illustrated on the website. The delivery of a piece not illustrated in the catalogue does not constitute a defect, unless you have expressly stated in your order that you wish to receive exactly the piece illustrated and described.

The authenticity of all coins and medals offered is guaranteed. The buyer is entitled to all the warranties required by law.

As regards warranty, the consumer has the choice of exercising his right of removal of defects or delivery of merchandise free of defects (supplementary performance). The Customers may purchase the Products by selecting them in the relevant section of the On-Line Shop dedicated to the Product category searched and putting them in the "cart". When the Products the Customers wish to purchase are more than one, the above procedure shall be repeated, by clicking on "add to cart". Once the selection of Products is complete, the Customers will be bound to proceed with registration, if not yet registered. For registered Customers, instead, authentication will be required by typing password and login in the relevant fields and clicking "proceed to check out". Once the data relating to the selected Product/s and the "shipping/ delivery information" is verified, the Customers must choose among the available methods of payment, Once a method of payment is selected, the Customers may proceed to place the Orders by clicking "Place Order".

If an order is placed for an item that is out of stock, Collect.it will refund to you the full value of the purchased item(s).

The order confirmation implies unconditional acceptation of the present conditions of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge of them and the renunciation of taking advantage of any other conditions ; in particular it’s own conditions of purchase.
