Poland 10 Zlotych 2010 - Polish August of 1980 - Proof / Silver

A silver collector coin struck using the pad printing technique to commemorate the events of August 1980. Obverse: In the center the Roman number XXX and the national flag of the Republic of Poland produced in the pad printing technique. In the rim an inscription: RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA (REPUBLIC OF POLAND) Above it the image of an eagle established as the national emblem of the Republic of Poland. At the eagle’s sides the coin’s face value: 10 ZŁ (PLN 10) and the date: 2010. In the background an image of people raising their hands up in victory. Reverse: The central part of the coin features an image of a crowd forming an S letter, raising their hands up in victory. Against this background, stylized date: 1980. To the sides an inscription : POLSKI SIERPIEŃ (POLISH AUGUST). The remaining part of an image produced with proof finish.
