Obverse: At the top on the right-hand side there is an image of the eagle established as a state emblem of the Republic of Poland. In the center, there is an image of a post stamp with the picture of mounted courier playing the trumpet, and of trees that change color depending on the tilt angle. In the background, there is an image of a postal map, and on the right-hand side a fragment of a coach clock. At the left-hand side there is an inscription: 10/ZŁ. Under the inscription there is a vertical notation of the year of issue: 2008. At the bottom there is an inscription: RZECZPOSPOLITA/POLSKA. There is a mint mark under the eagle’s left leg. Reverse: There is an image of a courier from the beginning of the 18th century. In the background there is an image of a fragment of an engraved copperplate from the 17th century with a picture of an inn. At the bottom on the left, there is an inscription: 450 LAT. Under the inscription there is an image of a postal trumpet. On the top left side, there is a semicircular inscription: POCZTY POLSKIEJ.
