Ukraine 2 Hryvni 2001 - 5Th Ann. Of Constitution

The coin is dedicated to the fundamental Law of Ukraine, adopted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 28 June, 1996 On the coin reverse in the centre there is depicted an open book with the three line inscription: 5 РОКІВ КОНСТИТУЦІЇ (5 Years of the Constitution) within the frame of a vegetable composition of wheatears and cranberry sprays; above it there is the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; beneath - 28 / ЧЕРВНЯ / 1996 (28/June/ 1996), the date of adoption of the Constitution On the coin obverse, in its upper part there is the small National Emblem of Ukraine under which there is an inscription УКРАЇНА (Ukraine); between two fragments of a conventionalized vegetable- and flower-ornament there are the three line inscription: 2, ГРИВНІ, 2001 (2 /hryvnia/2001), and the Mint logotype of the National Bank of Ukraine
